1. Remake.gg

Remake.gg is owned and operated by Remake.gg OÜ (hereinafter "Remake.gg", "We" or "Us"), a company located in Tiigi-2, Estonia. Remake.gg OÜ is registered regulated under the registration number 16357307 by the Estonian government. Payment processing for Remake.gg OÜ is done by selected and licensed partners.

2. General

This end user agreement ("Agreement") should be read by you (the "User" or "you") in its entirety before using Remake.gg's services or products. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Remake.gg.

By completing the registration process, which includes accepting these terms and creating an account, these terms and conditions take effect. Using any part of the website after creating an account signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms.

It is important that you read these terms carefully before creating an account. If you do not agree to any of the provisions, you should not create an account or continue to use the website. Remake.gg reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time and without prior notice. If any changes are made, Remake.gg may notify you of them through means such as email or a notice on the website, along with the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates or modifications to these terms.

By clicking the "I Agree" button or using the service, you consent to the terms outlined in this Agreement These terms may be available in multiple languages for informational purposes, but the English version is the only legally binding version. In the event of any discrepancies between translations, the English version will prevail.

3. Remake.gg Account - Registration

Joining Remake.gg

In order for you to be able to place bets on Remake.gg, you must first personally register an account with us ("Remake.gg Account").

During the registration process, you will be required to provide certain information such as your date of birth, a valid email address, and a username and password for logging into Remake.gg. You must fill out all required fields in the registration form. For security purposes, Remake.gg may create login credentials for you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. You may not use information that is disruptive or offensive.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your login details secure. You must not share your login information with anyone. Remake.gg is not responsible or liable for any abuse or misuse of your Remake.gg account by third parties as a result of your disclosure (intentional, accidental, active, or passive) of your login details to any third party.

Important Information:

Remake.gg offers a secure account recovery option through SMS code verification. It is crucial to provide accurate information during the sign-up process. Additionally, all account passwords undergo server-side encryption using robust password hashing algorithms like salted bcrypt, derived from Blowfish cipher, to ensure heightened security. At Remake.gg, we prioritize security. If you suspect that your account information may be compromised, you can initiate the SMS code recovery process, which will reset your password for added protection.

You are allowed to have unlimtied Remake.gg Accounts. Accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any crypto amount credited to your account's will be frozen if you abuse Remake.gg's ecosystem.

Notify us immediately if you become aware of any mistakes related to your account or any calculations for any bets you have placed. We reserve the right to void any challenges that are affected by such an error.

Remake.gg will not accept registration from individuals:

Users who are under 18 years old or under the legal age of majority for joining skilled based challenges in their jurisdiction;
Users who reside in jurisdictions where wagering on skill based games is illegal or not permitted. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their use of the service is lawful. Remake.gg is unable to verify the legality of the service in each jurisdiction;
Users who provide misleading information or try to use the service through third parties;
Remake.gg will block all accounts accessed from IP addresses located in the United States and Estonia;

You are prohibited from selling, transferring or acquiring accounts from other users including gaming accounts to participate in challenges.

4. Know your Customer ("KYC")

Remake.gg reserves the right to request any KYC documentation as needed to confirm the identity and location of a user at any time. Remake.gg may restrict access to the service, payments, or withdrawals until the user's identity has been sufficiently verified or for any other reason at the discretion of Remake.gg. Remake.gg also reserves the right to disclose a user's information in accordance with legal processes or as permitted by the privacy policy of Remake.gg. By using the service, users acknowledge and consent to the possibility of such disclosures.

5. Your Warranties

Prior to your use of the Service and on an ongoing basis you represent, warrant, covenant and agree that:

You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older;
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us and are not restricted by any form of limited legal capacity;
You are accessing Remake.gg from a jurisdiction where it is legal to do so;
All information that you provide to us during the term of this agreement is accurate, complete, and up to date, and you will immediately notify us of any changes to this information;
You will not use our services while located in any jurisdiction that prohibits the participation in eSports games with money or crypto currency;
You are not currently self-excluded from any skill wagering sites or gambling premises. You will inform Remake.gg immediately if you enter into a self-exclusion agreement with any skill wagering or gambling provider;
Your use of the Service is at your sole discretion and risk;
You participate in the games strictly for recreational and entertainment purposes only and not in a professional capacity;
You participate in the games on your own behalf and not on behalf of anyone else;
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on winnings you receive from us according to relevant laws;
You are responsible for any taxes on cryptocurrency awarded to you through your use of the Service;
There is a risk of losing cryptocurrency when using the Service and Remake.gg is not responsible for any such loss;
When depositing and withdrawing funds to and from your Remake.gg account, you will only use cryptocurrency that is valid and lawfully belongs to you;
You acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrency can fluctuate significantly depending on market value;
You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques, including but not limited to fraudulent transaction detection, automated registration and signup, gameplay and screen capture techniques. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of Players device properties, detection of geo-location and IP masking, transactions and blockchain analysis; You acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques, including but not limited to fraudulent transaction detection, automated registration and signup, gameplay and screen capture techniques. The telecommunications networks and Internet access services needed for you to access and use the Service are beyond Remake.gg's control and Remake.gg is not responsible for any outages, slowdowns, capacity constraints, or other deficiencies affecting them.

6. Remake.gg Warranties

Remake.gg does not provide any warranties, expressed or implied, for the service, which is provided "as is." We do not make any representations or warranties about the quality, suitability, completeness, or accuracy of the service.

Despite Remake.gg's efforts, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Deposits

In order to participate in any game, you must have sufficient funds in your Remake.gg account. You can use your integrated Remake.gg Tether (USDT) wallet to deposit funds into your account using exchanges.

Deposits are processed immediately and the updated balance is displayed in your Remake.gg account instantly or with a very short delay when using a payment service provider. Crypto deposits require a minimum of blockchain confirmations to become valid. Remake.gg is not responsible for delays caused by its payment system or third parties.

To ensure the security of your account, we reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity when processing deposits.

Payment fees

Please be aware that some withdraw functions provided by the Remake.gg platform, such as bank transfer may have additional fees, which will be clearly displayed during the withdrawal request process.
Additionally, your bank or payment service provider may charge additional fees for currency conversion on deposits according to their terms and conditions and your user agreement.

You can transfer funds from your Remake.gg account to the Remake.gg account of another player in near real-time. If there are withdrawal fees, they will be displayed before the blockchain transaction is sent.

Remake.gg reserves the right to refuse any deposits at its discretion. Users whose accounts have been blocked or suspended should not deposit funds on www.remake.gg. If a player attempts to deposit funds when their account is blocked or suspended, Remake.gg may retain the funds.

8. Withdrawals

Cryptocurrency withdrawals will be sent to the Solana wallet address (public key) provided by you when you make a valid withdrawal request.

If we mistakenly credit your Remake.gg account with winnings that do not belong to you due to a technical error, human error, or any other reason, the amount will be deducted from your account and remain our property. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you before we become aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will be considered a debt owed by you to us (in addition to any other remedies or actions available under law). If there is an incorrect crediting, you must notify us immediately by phone or email.

Remake.gg reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawal. If you wish to retrieve funds from a closed, locked, or excluded account, please contact customer support.

In order to combat money laundering, all transactions will be thoroughly examined. If you notice any suspicious activity related to any of the challenges on the website or downloadable application, it is your responsibility to inform Remake.gg immediately. In accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act established in Estonia, or any other legal authority, Remake.gg reserves the right to temporarily disable, block, or close your Remake.gg account and withhold any associated funds.

You understand that when join challenges, the funds in your account are used immediately and we do not offer refunds or allow for the cancellation of your account or the return of any goods or services.

Withdrawal fees

Please be aware that some payment methods may have additional fees, which will be clearly displayed during the withdrawal process.

9. Authority/Terms of Service

By using the service, you agree to the challenge rules described on the Remake.gg website. Remake.gg has the authority to issue, maintain, and close the service. The management's decisions regarding the use of the service or dispute resolution are final and cannot be challenged or appealed.

10. Prohibited Uses

PERSONAL USE: The service is intended for personal use only and users may only play challenges for their own entertainment from their own gaming account. Remake.gg allows to create multiple accounts, but only for legal use and not for the purpose of collusion or abuse of the service.

AML & SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE: Remake.gg strictly prohibits the use of the service for any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or violating trade sanctions. In compliance with various laws, regulations, and norms, the service is not available to individuals or entities subject to US, EU, or other global sanctions or watch lists. By using the service, you confirm that you are not subject to any such sanctions or lists.

JURISDICTIONS: Individuals located in or residing in the following jurisdictions are not allowed to use the service: Estonia, France, Germany, Netherlands,Slovakia, Spain, Sudan, Syria, United Kingdom, United States (collectively referred to as "Prohibited Jurisdictions"). This restriction on real-money play with cryptocurrency from Prohibited Jurisdictions applies to residents and citizens of other countries as well while they are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions, including but not limited to manipulating location information or providing false or misleading information about your location or place of residence, is a violation of this agreement.

Attempts to manipulate your actual location through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar services, or by providing incorrect or misleading information about your place of residence in order to bypass geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions, violate Clause 5 of these Terms of Service.

11. Breach

If a user violates any part of these terms and conditions, Remake.gg reserves the right to take appropriate action, such as terminating this agreement or any other agreements with the user and/or pursuing legal action. This is without prejudice to any other rights Remake.gg may have.

You agree to fully compensate, defend, and protect Remake.gg and its shareholders, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including legal fees), or any other charges that may result from: (i) your breach of this agreement, in whole or in part; (ii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; and (iii) your use of the service.

12. Limitations and Liability

Remake.gg shall not be held liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other financial loss) arising from the use (or misuse) of the service, even if Remake.gg had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages. This includes any damages resulting from negligence. This provision does not exclude or limit Remake.gg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

13. Intellectual Property

Remake.gg and its licensors own all rights, including copyright, trade secrets, intellectual property, and other rights, to the service and its code, structure, and organization. Within the limits of applicable laws, you may not: (a) copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or translate the website or software; or (b) use the service in a way that is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations (each of these is considered "unauthorized use"). Remake.gg reserves all rights that are not explicitly granted to the user in this agreement and retains all rights, title, and interest in the service. If you commit any unauthorized use, you will be solely responsible for any damages, costs, or expenses that result. If you become aware of any unauthorized use by any person, you must immediately notify Remake.gg and provide reasonable assistance with any investigation it conducts based on the information you provide.

You agree not to use any content from the Remake.gg website, including trade marks, images, pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio and text, without the prior written consent of Remake.gg. You also acknowledge that using the Service does not grant you any rights to the Site Content or Trade Marks. In order to protect the intellectual property rights of Remake.gg, you agree not to engage in any actions that may harm or potentially harm these rights.

14. Disputes

In the event that a disagreement arises between the User and Remake.gg, the User has the option to seek resolution through Remake.gg's customer service team by contacting them at [email protected]. If the issue is not resolved to the User's satisfaction, the User may choose to pursue legal remedies in the jurisdiction set forth in the governing law provisions below. It is important to note that any disputes must be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

15. Amendment

Remake.gg has the right to update, modify, or change this Agreement or any part thereof at any time and without prior notice to you. Any changes made to the Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the Service after such changes have been made will be considered acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to regularly check the terms and conditions of this Agreement to ensure that you are aware of any updates or modifications. If you do not agree to any changes made to the Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Service.

16. Arbitration

If there is a disagreement, conflict, or any other legal matter that arises in connection with the use of the Service or this Agreement, it will be resolved through arbitration administered by the European Centre of Arbitration and Mediation ("EAC") using the EAC's current arbitration rules. The arbitration will be governed by Estonian law and will take place in Estonia, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration will be handled by a single arbitrator.

17. Governing Law

If any dispute arises in relation to the Agreement or the Service, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiations, either party may bring the matter to arbitration, to be administered by the European Centre of Arbitration and Mediation ("EAC") under the EAC Administered Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration will be Estonia, and the proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitration will be governed by Estonian law, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. The parties irrevocably agree to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts for the purpose of enforcing any arbitration award. However, nothing in this clause will limit Remake.gg's right to bring proceedings against you in any other competent jurisdiction.

18. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions contained in this Agreement, nor shall it affect the validity or enforceability of the same provision in any other jurisdiction. The invalidity or unenforceability of a provision in a particular jurisdiction shall not affect the overall enforceability of the Agreement as a whole.

19. Assignment

This assignment clause in the agreement between Remake.gg and the user allows Remake.gg to transfer the agreement or any part of it to another party at any time without the need to inform the user. The user, on the other hand, does not have the right to transfer any of their rights or obligations under the agreement to another party. This means that the user is bound by the terms of the agreement and must fulfill their obligations as outlined in the agreement. It also means that the user cannot transfer their rights or responsibilities to another party, and any attempts to do so would be invalid. This clause is included in the agreement to protect the interests of Remake.gg and to ensure that the terms of the agreement are upheld.

20. Miscellaneous

Remake.gg's decision not to enforce any breach of this Agreement (including failing to require strict or literal performance of a provision) will not be interpreted as a waiver of any future breach of that provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

This Agreement does not grant any rights or benefits to any third parties not involved in the Agreement.
This Agreement does not establish a partnership, agency, trust, fiduciary relationship, or joint venture between you and Remake.gg.

Remake.gg has the right to assign, transfer, charge, sublicense, or otherwise dispose of this Agreement, or subcontract any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement, to any other party

This Agreement is the complete and final understanding between you and Remake.gg concerning the Service and replaces any previous agreements, understandings, or arrangements between you and Remake.gg.
